1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the higher age of digital consent where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. The App is intended for adult citizenship study.
2. The service
The App provides civics practice, interview-style practice with an AI persona (“Officer Taylor”), optional speech practice, reminders, downloads, and account sync. Features may change. Availability is not guaranteed.
3. No legal advice / no USCIS affiliation
- We are not USCIS and do not file forms or represent you.
- Content and scores do not predict or guarantee naturalization results.
- Officer Taylor is an AI practice character, not a real USCIS officer.
- Verify official answers on USCIS.gov.
4. Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You may delete your account in the App or via account deletion instructions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attack our systems, impersonate USCIS, harass others, or dictate unnecessary sensitive identity documents into speech/text fields.
6. Purchases
If paid upgrades are offered, billing and cancellation are handled through Google Play or the App Store. Deleting the App account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
7. Intellectual property
App software and branding are owned by Dollarealms LLC or licensors. USCIS study materials remain subject to applicable government rules. You receive a limited personal license for educational use.
8. Disclaimers & liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND IMMIGRATION OUTCOMES.
9. Governing law
Delaware, USA law governs, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
