Use the methods below to delete your account and associated data.
In the App (recommended)
- Open US Citizenship AI and sign in.
- Go to Profile / Settings → Account deletion.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted (and re-enter password if asked).
- We delete the Firebase account and associated cloud study data, and wipe local study caches on that device.
By email
Email support@dollarealms.com with subject Account deletion request — US Citizenship AI and the email used on the account. We process verified requests within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Cancel those in the store’s subscription settings.
