This Privacy Policy explains how Dollarealms LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the US Citizenship AI mobile application and related services (the “App”). Contact: support@dollarealms.com.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account credentials or identity tokens (email/password, Google, Apple).
- Profile & preferences (civics pack, study preferences, optional state/ZIP).
- Consent flags and analytics opt-in preference.
- Typed practice answers and support emails you send us.
2.2 Information from App use
- Study progress (attempts, scores, mastery, bookmarks, answer mode, timing).
- Session summaries (mode, pack/question IDs, score counts).
- Local device state for resume, downloads, and reminder settings.
2.3 Voice, microphone, and speech recognition
Spoken practice uses microphone permission and device speech-recognition services (on Android this may involve Google / system speech services). Audio is processed transiently to power practice features. Do not dictate sensitive identity numbers into the microphone.
2.4 Camera & notifications
Camera is optional for interview preview. Notifications are optional study reminders you enable.
3. How we use information
- Account security and cloud sync of study progress when signed in.
- Civics / interview practice, scoring, and AI practice character features.
- Optional reminders and downloads you enable.
- Optional analytics improvements when you opt in.
- Support, Terms enforcement, security, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use spoken practice answers for third-party advertising.
4. AI features
“Officer Taylor” is an AI-generated practice officer, not a real USCIS officer. Outputs are educational only—not legal advice and not a guarantee of approval. Verify time-sensitive answers on USCIS.gov.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the App—primarily Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, optional Analytics), Google Sign-In / Play services, Apple (when Sign in with Apple is used), device speech services, and providers under contract—or when required by law.
6. Retention
Account and cloud progress are kept while your account is active. After deletion, we delete or de-identify associated cloud user data within about 30 days, except where law requires limited retention. Local data is cleared by uninstall, OS clear-data, or in-app deletion on that device.
7. Your choices
- In-App Privacy settings (analytics opt-in, export when signed in).

- OS permission controls for mic, camera, and notifications.

8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe this occurred.
9. Security & transfers
We use provider security controls and TLS in transit. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
